Esta política es aplicable a productos dispensados a pacientes autorizados y/o a acompañantes autorizados por el Departamento de Salud de Puerto Rico según definidos por la Junta Reglamentadora de Cannabis Medicinal. PRICH Biotech, Corp. (PRICH) no se hace responsable por la disposición de productos no utilizados por el paciente. Para procesar devoluciones, el paciente o su acompañante autorizado deberá proveer:

1. Recibo de compra de la misma localidad
2. Producto su empaque original con el número de lote, paquete e inventario totalmente legible
3. Identificación de paciente vigente

Productos Elegibles
Toda venta es final. Los productos contaminados o con defectos de calidad se pueden devolver, pero requieren la aprobación de un Gerente al momento de la devolución. No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos vendidos por otros establecimientos, ordenados por error, sin envase ni etiquetas originales, devoluciones por personas no autorizadas, productos deteriorados por mal manejo o almacenamiento impropio por el paciente o en cantidades parciales. PRICH no se hace responsable por devoluciones relacionadas a accesorios, estos deben ser procesados de acuerdo con la política de devolución del manufacturero.

Término para devolución
El término para devoluciones es de tres (3) días desde la fecha de compra.

Crédito
Se dará un crédito al paciente por el total pagado por el producto devuelto. El crédito podrá ser utilizado al momento de la devolución.

This policy applies to products dispensed to authorized patients and/or companions authorized by the Puerto Rico Department of Health as defined by the Medical Cannabis Board. PRICH Biotech, Corp. (PRICH) is not responsible for the disposal of products not used by the patient. To process returns, the patient or authorized companion must provide:

1. Purchase receipt from the same location
2. Product its original packaging with batch, package, and inventory numbers fully legible

• Active patient identification

Eligible Products
Every sale is final. Products contaminated or with quality defects may be returned, but require the approval of a manager at the time of return. Returns of products sold by other establishments, ordered by mistake, without original packaging or labels, returns by unauthorized persons, products damaged by mishandling or improper storage by the patient or partial quantities will not be accepted. PRICH is not responsible for returns related to accessories, these must be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy.

Term for return
The term for returns is three (3) days from the date of purchase.

Credit
A credit will be given to the patient for the total paid for the returned product. The credit may be used at the time of return.
